Summer Level 4


Classes meet M-TH for two weeks and last 30 minutes each.

Child is able to:

  • enter water by jumping from the side into deep water.
  • enter water head first from a kneeling or sitting position.
  • bob to safety.
  • perform rotary breathing.
  • back float for 30 seconds.
  • survival float for 30 seconds.
  • tread water for 30 seconds.
  • stream line flutter kick on front for 3 body lengths.
  • streamline scissor kick on front for 3 body lengths.
  • breast stroke kick on front.
  • front crawl 15 yards.
  • elementary back stroke 15 yards.

*The week of the 4th of July there will be no classes held on that Thursday, make-up day will be held the following week on friday, July 12.
