About Us
Pirates and Mermaids Swim Academy was created in 2017, our first season in our big pool was in June of 2019.
Our biggest goal is to teach as many people how to be safe in, on and around the water!
We work with kiddos of all ages and aim to teach them as efficiently and effectively as possible while helping to promote maximum retention.
Every instructor is American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certified.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
By submitting payment for registration, the payer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the Registration Agreement and Release of Liability Waiver.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
- More than 14 days before the first day of the session: A full (100%) refund will be issued.
- 8–14 days before the first day of the session: A 90% refund will be issued. The remaining 10% is retained to help cover registration and administrative costs.
- 48 hours to 7 days before the first day of the session: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Less than 48 hours before, or on or after the first day of the session: No refund will be issued.
Pirates and Mermaids Swim Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment, facility closures, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the Academy cancels a session, participants will be offered the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future session.
