Level 3 (4 week Session)

Classes meet MW or TTH for four weeks and last 30 minutes each.
Child is able to:
enter/ exit water using ladder, steps or the side.
fully submerge head and hold breath.
open eyes and retrieve objects under water.
perform a front float, jellyfish and tuck float for 5 seconds.
back float 15 seconds.
front and back glide 2 body lengths.
roll from front to back.
combine leg and arm action on front for 5 body lengths.
combine leg and arm action on back for 5 body lengths.
Classes will Begin on the Monday or Tuesday of the first full week of the month (Labor day will be observed classes will run Wed, Fri the week of Labor day each year)
