Adult Swimming Lessons

Adult Swimming lessons offer 1 on 1 instruction in 1 of three options: Begining swimming, stroke refinement and Fitness swimming.  The session is 4 days long M-Th, 1 hour/ lesson.  You will walk away feeling more confident, comfortable, and excited to swim some more!! After about 20 years of teaching working with adults is one of my more rewarding classes to teach.  Give me a call and we can set up a private time in the pool for you to learn all the things you hope to learn.
